Kristina is a holistic health and wellness advocate. She works as a hospice social worker as well as running a private practice for mind, body, and spirit health. She integrates her love of fitness into her work whenever possible and seeks to be a healthy role model for others!
She’s predominantly a runner who is currently training for her second full marathon. She is also a certified yoga teacher, and uses yoga as her primary method of cross-training, but also enjoys cycling, backpacking, skiing, climbing, and SUP. She volunteers for Let Me Run boys, working with ages 9-11 with running and emotional/mental well being.
Other than completing her second full in 2020, Kristina also has the goal of completing her first half trail race, and is looking at the half marathons that are held at the National White Water Center where she loves to run and spend time at!

Kristina loves her Neo II belt for the dual pockets which make it so handy for ANY activity, whether she is running, hiking, traveling, or walking her dogs. She says her phone doesn’t get scratched with its own pocket and has plenty of space for a credit card, chapstick, and dog treats!
